What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ for international wholesale orders is 5 Metric Tons. We accommodate smaller sample orders for laboratory evaluation and qualification. Quarterly capacity reaches up to 200 MT.

What are typical lead times?

Lead time is 2–4 weeks from confirmed order and deposit, depending on grade, quantity and harvesting season. Pre-cleaned, sorted and lab-tested lots are dispatched from the Port of Berbera.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% against shipping documents) and irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) for orders above 10 MT. Escrow arrangements are available for first-time partners.

How is the product packaged?

Standard packaging is 25 kg multi-wall kraft paper bags with food-grade inner liners, palletised and stretch-wrapped. Custom packaging, private-label retail tins, and HDPE drums are available on request.

Which ports do you ship from?

Primary dispatch is from the Port of Berbera (Somaliland). We also coordinate transshipment via the Port of Salalah (Oman) and the Port of Aden (Yemen) for buyers requesting alternative routing.

Can I receive a sample before ordering?

Yes. We provide 100g to 1kg evaluation samples to verified B2B buyers. Samples are dispatched via DHL or FedEx with full Certificate of Analysis. Request via the Contact or Quote page.

What certifications do you provide?

All commercial lots are accompanied by Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Eurofins / SGS laboratory analysis, ISO 9001 quality documentation, and where applicable Organic, Halal and Kosher certifications.

Do you offer private label or contract supply?

Yes — Daalo supports white-label programmes, multi-year contract supply, exclusive grade reservations and direct-from-origin partnership models for prestige perfumers and pharmaceutical clients.

Which Incoterms do you trade under?

We commonly trade FOB Berbera, CFR and CIF to major destination ports. EXW and DAP arrangements are available on request.
